The Abla Ababou Gallery has opened its doors to "ÉLOGE DU GESTE," an exhibition that already feels less like a conventional show and more like a living design studio
One of the artists in the gallery’s first exhibition was Jamil Bennani, a master woodworker, designer, and sculptor, whose artistic lineage runs deep.
“I am very happy to be at Abla. It’s a magnificent exhibition with great designers, which allowed each of us to showcase our works of high quality, especially emotional quality. I think that’s the most important thing," he told MWN.
Bennani’s works are defined by gesture and movement in space, creating forms where materials converge to convey a distinct energy. “Currently, I am more focused on an artistic direction,” he explained. “The materials come together and end up giving a particular energy
