Trilogy Yoga Class Description:
Our Vinyasa classes are a perfect balance between attention to alignment and a fluid and graceful flow. Connecting poses together and flowing with the breath creates a dance like movement that builds heat in the body and calmness in the mind. After the initial warm up a creative sequence of standing postures and sun salutations with fill the majority of the class. Including warrior poses, back bends and some basic balances and inversions. The class ends with deep stretches and a relaxing savasana.
