Die neuen Inter City Doppelstockwagen von DB Fernverkehr sind angekündigt, haben aber noch Lieferschwierigkeiten. Märklin bringt die Modelle aber bereits heraus. Die Elektrolokomotive Br 146.5 kam im Dezember 2014 heraus und die Wagen im Juni. Angekündigt war das Modell für den Herbst 2014. Das Set kommt in der Rubrik "Start Up" heraus.
Die Fenster sind stark getönt, so dass man vom Innenraum, der im Untergeschoss eingebaut ist, wenig bis nichts sieht. Was stark zu kritisieren ist, ist, dass der Steuerwagen dem Original sehr wenig ähnelt. Märklin hat hier sozusagen ihre alten RE's (Regional Express) ''umlackiert''. Aber es ist ein Einstieg zu einem vernünftigen Preis (Märklin Konditionen) und ist eine Anschaffung wert, denn der Zug sieht gut aus und passt sehr gut zu Anlagen.

The new Märklin Inter City double-deck cars are here and are included as a set addition to the Br 146.5 in IC paint scheme. This video shows the first trip with the cars. The shunting car, cab control car, and directional locomotive are included.

The new Inter City double-deck cars from DB Fernverkehr have been announced, but still have delivery problems. Märklin is already bringing out the models, however. The Br 146.5 electric locomotive came out in December 2014 and the cars in June. Announced was the model for the fall of 2014. The set comes out in the "Start Up" section.
The windows are heavily tinted, so you see little to nothing of the interior, which is built into the basement. What is to be strongly criticized is that the cab car resembles the original very little. Märklin has ''repainted'' their old RE's (Regional Express) here, so to speak. But it is an entry at a reasonable price (Märklin conditions) and is worth a purchase, because the train looks good and fits very well to layouts.
