Pan-toasted wraps that hit DIFFERENT 🤤
Ingredients (4 wraps):
500 g chicken breast/thighs, sliced
1 tsp each chili powder, paprika, cumin
½ tsp garlic, salt, pepper
1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cucumber (sliced), 1 carrot (sliced), 1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup yogurt + ¼ cup mayo + 3 tbsp ketchup
4 tortillas, 1 cup shredded cheddar
Steps
1. Marinate chicken with spices, oil & lemon juice (10 min).
2. Cook chicken in a hot pan until charred & done (7–8 min).
3. Make sauce: Mix yogurt, mayo and ketchup.
4. Assemble wrap: Tortilla → spread sauce → add cabbage, carrot, cucumber → chicken → more sauce → cheddar.
5. Wrap & toast: Roll tightly, toast in a pan with little oil/butter until golden & cheese melts.
6. Serve hot with extra sauce.
