ingredients:
palak-15-20 leaves(blanched)
yellow moong dal (soaked) -1 cup
ginger-a pc
green chilli-1
Grind in mixie without adding any water
Roasted besan or sattu pwdr-2 tbspn
sooji-3 tbspn
paneer crumbled/grated-50 gms
blk pepper-1/2 tspn
chat masala-1 tspn
lemon juice -1 tspn
salt-1 tspn
Add all these ingredients to grinded mixture.later add
eno-1/2 tspn
mix with light hands.Cook in appe pan for 8-10 mins
