About our hosts:

Dan Stratford is a two-time Stanford University School of Business graduate and has since founded and co-founded multiple companies. He worked as a Senior Global Program Manager at Google for Education (spending six years on the team) and has held multiple positions in education and educational technologies. He has had great success as a college admissions counselor, helping students get accepted to Stanford University, Harvard University, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Chicago, Northwestern University, UC Berkeley, and UCLA, among other top schools. We’re lucky to have him here today to shed light on your FAQs about regular decision, early action, and early decision pathways.

Natalie Greenhouse has 12 years of professional higher education experience. As an Admissions Officer at Occidental College and other selective colleges, Natalie reviewed more than 15,000 applications and is currently a nonprofit strategy consultant. For more than ten years, Natalie led teams/organizations dedicated to equitable education access. She led The TEAK Fellowship through a season of scaling their program, providing exceptional students from low-income backgrounds with educational opportunities. At The Wonderful Company, she led a team of 40 coaches and peer mentors supporting 1,000 scholars from California’s Central Valley to barriers to college. Natalie has earned a Master’s degree from Teachers College Columbia University and completed Harvard’s Institute on College Admissions Counseling. Her extensive experience positions her as an expert in helping students choose between regular decision vs. early decision/early action pathways.
