Outlining by build plans for a Degen Damage-focused Elementalist using the new Vortex and Frostbolt skills. Obviously an experimental build that will likely change over the course of testing so follow along at your own risk!
Bandits: Life, Passive, Passive most likely. Maybe I'll figure out a way to run Blood Rage and if so I'll go Frenzy in Merc.
