How is this possible you might ask ?
enabling some developer settings makes the client do the heavy lifting and spawns all the mobs and handle level events leading to all the levels working properly but it comes with a downside level transfer is broken on this mode unfortunately player needs to manually change the level in the save file and refresh the page to change level otherwise the levels will appear broken and it still requires more extensive reverse engineering to get other mechanics like loot drops to work properly
