It’s time for another Creativity Behind the Bubble Episode 🍾
With the LED coaster on hand I’ve been posed with a creative question: What would happen if a firefly drank a Martini? 🤔 Well, here’s the answer!💡🍃
Fig Leaf Syrup:
20g Fresh Fig Leaves
200g Filtered water
Heat at 70 degrees for 10 minutes, then filter and add 165g of sugar for every 100g of fig leaf tea.
Dissolve everything, bottle and store in a cool place.
Fortified Wine FigLeaf
(1 service):
30ml White wine
20ml Fig leaf syrup
10ml Gin
0,6g Tartaric Acid
Multiply it to make more services. Dissolve, bottle and store in a cool place
Firefly Martini:
60ml Fortified Wine FigLeaf
30ml Bee Pollen Gin
20ml Birch Water
Flavour Blaster Truffle Edible Bubble
