In this session, I will be sending healing energy to call in your spirit guides for support. Spirit guides can be angels, ancestors, animals and otherwordly beings. When calling them in, always call upon spirit guides of the highest and greatest good as you do not want to open up the door to all spirits.

This healing is infused with other spiritual techniques performed in my mind's eye as I call upon my guides to help bridge the connection. I will be activating the crown chakra, which is your spiritual chakra and your third eye, helping to connect you to your higher self as a gateway to the great beyond realm. I will also be focusing the energy to open up your heart and throat chakras to receiving support, communication and guidance. Remember that spirit guided communication can come in many forms - signs, synchronicities, dreams, clairsentience, clairvoyance or clairaudience.
