Ceviche & Aguachile #mukbang eating show.
ON THE MENU:
Aguachile is shrimp cooked in lime juice and marinated in a green sauce along with cucumbers, onions, and chili peppers.
** Ceviche is marinated raw fish cooked in lemon juice with chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, and chili pepper.
*** Coctel de Camarones (Mexican shrimp cocktail) is cooked shrimp in a mix of tomato and clam juice cocktail mixed in with some avocado, tomato, onion, and cilantro.
I paired eveything today with some chips, tostadas, and saltine crackers.
