Letters of Administration are legal documents issued by court authorizing a person to manage, distribute, or transfer the estate of a deceased person who died without a will.

Without these letters:
Property cannot be sold
Land cannot be transferred
Bank accounts cannot be accessed
Any transaction done is illegal
