► 1 lb. thin slice beef chuck roast
► 2 potatoes
► Salt and pepper
► 1 crushed garlic clove
► 1/2 white onion
► 1 jalapeño
► 3 roma tomatoes
► 1/2 cup tomato sauce
► 1 tsp better than bouillon (or 1 tbsp of chicken bouillon)
► 1 cup boiling water
► Small bunch of cilantro
