A reoccurring meme from the first Trump Administration was the "Hawaii Judge" meme, where a judge in Hawaii (or some other liberal bastion) would issue sweeping nationwide injunctions against Trump and executive action he was attempting to undertake.

The second term for President Trump is even more fierce. We now have what can best be described as an insurgency in the Federal Court system where since judges are obstructing the White House, and in some cases SCOTUS.
