For Chief Minister Late Manohar Parrikar's son Utpal Parrikar has alleged that MLA Babush Monserrate is creating a new vote bank like Taleigao, which has not cared about the native Panajikars who are suffering from the works of Smart City.
“If Babush has really joined the BJP, he should not do the family rule that Prime Minister Modi is saying and remove the unworthy son from the post of Mayor,”Parrikar said.
