In this video, I take a much-needed break from all the political commentary and stressful news cycle, sharing a simple, 10-minute walk while finding peace in a politically volatile and stressful world. Amidst all the noise—from what Donald Trump is doing to the exhaustion of constantly analyzing the state of our constitutional republic—it's important to remember to stop and appreciate the beauty and peace that still exists around us. I took a walk at one of my favorite Michigan spots, Yates Cider Mill, after a big snowfall, to remind myself that even in the metaphorical "winter" of our current political climate, there is always time for a reset.
