Born in Chicago, grown up in jazz, motown and soul, Byron Stingily started his career singing in 1987 as the leader of the astonishing Ten City crew, a Garage House trio along with Byron Burke & Herb Lawson, that had a huge impact on the US House Music scene in the late 80's, especially on NYC and their hometown Chicago.⚡

His solo discography also deserves some attention and digging session, with numerous releases on famous 90's record labels like ‪@NervousRecords‬ of course, but also Kenlou Records or ‪@KingStreetSounds‬ , collaborating with the reknown producers of the decade as Roger S, Marc Kinchen , Ron Caroll or German-born house producer Mousse-T, who is behind the production of the original "Sing A Song" track we feature here.🤘

This "Body & Soul Reprise" is the work of German-born, Brooklyn-based artist Matthias Heilbronn, member of Deep Zone alongside Mike Delgado, and who had a lot of remixes appearances in the late 90's Garage House landscape. Here the focus is clearly the classic piano and the marvellous vocal of Byron Stiginly, with a beatless production except for the last minute ! A vocal anthem House track with a deep and strong emotional feeling !👌
