4. One-on-one feature interview with an athlete (8:12)

My name is Darayus Sethna. I am a graduate student studying Sport Administration at Kent State University. I'm also working as an NBA analyst for Digest Media's YouTube page. My ultimate goal is to achieve a career in sports media, communications, or public relations.

I am a journalism graduate of Ohio University’s Honors Tutorial College. It was during these four years where I continually immersed myself in the world of sports media – primarily as a multimedia sports reporter at WOUB Public Media. I also worked as a beat writer, podcaster, play-by-play broadcaster, and sports anchor during my career at O.U. My academic endeavors ultimately led to the publication of an honors thesis – highlighting the history of Bobcat sports.

I'm continuing my academic career at Kent St. to learn about the opportunities in sports communications and public relations.
