When You Fill In The Enquiry Form.

Описание: One of the challenges with The Online Requests is that they don't always include a list of contents and we can't always get through to you when we call you back. And to avoid disturbing you, we only call sparingly.

At this stage, we are usually curious whether it is only a piano, a few items, a Luton Van load or a Lorry load.

For instance, 10-15 boxes going long distance are mostly financially viable as a part load, so if we know the items, we know that we would need to match it with some other jobs. And we would then like to know your flexibility with the moving dates.

Now this is information, which you can still supply through the website, even if we haven’t managed to talk yet.

This video explains things that Elena would explain to you over the phone, consider this our virtual phone call to you.

The objective here is to obtain at least the following information:

1. List of Content.
e.g. Just a Piano, 5-10 Boxes, or 20-30 Boxes, or a full 5 bedroom house move.

Or

2. If you know the size of vehicle required.
e.g A Luton Van, a 7.5 Truck or 15Ton Lorry etc.

3. And if there is any flexibility with the dates, that you have shared.

Once you submit this quote request and if you did not include a list of contents, you can just reply to our email with the information. We always send you an email confirming that we have received your request.
