I had stated in the past that I would start working on some more Scream list based content, including ranking all the Scream movies. So I figured now was the best time to make good on my word, since we are still waiting for more details to come in regarding the Scream 5 cast and storyline.

So I present to you my rankings of all the characters from the original Scream movie. This will be a four part series, covering the rankings from each individual film. Just note this isn't a full on Scream 1 review, but you can expect to find reviews of all the Scream movies in the future.

A few caveats.

1. Even though this is a ranking from worst to best, not a single one of these characters can be considered bad (this might differ with the sequels) but regard to the 1996 original, every single one of these characters are fantastic, which is a true testament to what an outstanding movie this is.

2. As there are many minor characters that pop up here and there, I will only be considering characters who are shown in the pictured credits at the end of the film. There might be some exceptions, but to keep things more streamlined and not have a ridiculously long video, I will be following this
rule. So unfortunately, Neil Prescott will be absent from this particular ranking.

3. Each character is ranked relative to the movie in which I am covering. So if a character such as Sidney Prescott is ranked higher or lower from movie to movie, that is not indicative of her standing within the franchise as a whole, just in the particular movie. As there are many recurring characters in this franchise, you can expect their rankings to differ, so don't consider this my be all end all placement of any specific character.

4. These are my personal opinions. Don't be that guy/girl who needs to spread hate and vitriol online. We are all here to have fun, and if you don't agree with me, I respect your opinion, and appreciate that you do the same.

But on that note, please feel free to comment what your rankings would be. I encourage it, and be as unique and different from me in your opinions as possible. Also, if you feel so inclined to give this video a thumbs up, I would appreciate that.
