Eggless Wholewheat Apple Cinnamon Crumble Cake, with Jaggery! Simple recipe, very moist & delicate

Описание: If you love the flavours of apple and cinnamon, then this cake is for you! A very moist and decadent apple cake, a jammy apple pie filling like layer, topped with a crunchy crumble. This cake sings of cinnamon and apples in different textures and layers.

Ingredients:

For the Crumble -
1/2 cup - Whole wheat flour
2 tbsp - Ghee
1/2 tsp - Cinnamon
2 tbsp - Chopped Almonds
1 tbsp - Milk
3 tbsp - Jaggery

For the Apple layer -
2 medium apples
1.5 tbsp - Whole wheat flour
2 tbsp - Jaggery
1 tsp - Cinnamon

For the Cake -
1/3 cup - Ghee/Butter
2/3 cup - Jaggery
1/2 cup - Apple puree
2 tsp - Cinnamon
1 tsp - Vanilla extract
1.5 cup - Whole wheat flour
1 cup - Milk
1.5 tsp - Apple cider vinegar
1.5 tsp - Baking powder
3/4 tsp - Baking soda
1/4 tsp - Salt
