Here is a ToD/100% Combo off of Vegito Blue's "Shields Up" Counter/Grab. Since Vegito Blue's 214S is a grab, it has horrible scaling and makes it hard for to ToD after it. So, he definitely does need a ton of help for damage if you decide to ToD off of this.

Vegito Blue definitely isn't the best damage dealer but he does enough to get the job done.
