Looking to get some motivation? Not being consistent with workouts as you like?
Well, you need these two fitness challenges in your life!
first up we have 30in30
30mins exercise each day for 30days.
Can be full workouts, running, pilates/stretching, or just a walk. Just whatever you can manage for your own fitness abilities.
Second challenge
Booty challenge - any variations of deadlifts and hip raises.
The number of reps depends on letters of which day of the week it is, so if Monday = 6x10 so that's 60reps of each exercise.
Every day for 30days.
With the workouts remember to warm-up/cool-down.
The exercises in this video are my own and you may have to adapt to your own abilities.
3 sets of each giant-set.
Giant-set
Glute band donkey kicks x12 ea side
Glute band fire hydrants x12 ea side
Weighted glute band bridges x20 (booty challenge 10reps per letter)
Glute band goblet squats x20
Kettlebell stiff leg deadlifts x20 (booty challenge 10reps per letter)
Giant-set
TRX Tricep extensions x12
TRX Bicep curls x12
Kettlebell bent-over row narrow grip x10
Kettlebell bent-over row wide grip x10
Resistance band pull apart x15
Giant-set
Side knee tuck crunches x15
Leg raises x15
Tabletop crunches x20
Fig4 leg raises x 15 ea side
Knee tuck crunches x15
Do this for motivation, mental health, body changes, any reason to get yourself moving.
