Your learning journey in IMD's Future Leaders program

Описание: In this video, Alyson Meister, Program Director of IMD’s Future Leaders program (formerly Building on Talent) describes in detail the structure and learning journey of the program.

The 4 modules of the program are explained:
The first module which takes place over a liVe Virtual day: the kick-off the program where you will plan the next steps and ensure that you get the best value for yourself and your organization. You will meet the other participants, form home learning groups, and launch your mentoring program.

The second module which runs over 8 weeks of flexible, online learning: during this online component, you will master the core business fundamentals and deep-dive into the key building blocks of business: leadership, strategy, business finance, marketing and complex problem-solving.

The third module which takes place at IMD’s campus in Lausanne: through an immersive integration, you will practice and expand on foundational topics covered in module 2 as well as work on your leadership skills. You will deepen your knowledge by applying these concepts to increasingly relevant business challenges including digital transformation, high-paced innovation, and business sustainability.

In the last module which takes place over liVe Virtual: you will present and get feedback on the progress you have made on your in-company business project from both your peers and key stakeholders within your organization.
