Ingredients
• 1 liter milk
• 3 tbsp vanilla custard powder
• ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1 cup cream
• ½ cup condensed milk
• 8 slices toast bread
• Chopped pistachios
• Chopped almonds
• A little saffron
Instructions
1. Mix custard powder with a little cold milk until smooth.
2. In a pot, add milk, custard mixture, and sugar.
3. Cook on low heat while stirring until slightly thick.
4. In a bowl, mix cream and condensed milk.
5. Arrange toast bread slices in a dish.
6. Pour custard over the bread.
7. Add cream mixture, pistachios, almonds, and saffron.
8. Repeat layers again.
9. Place in freezer for about 2 hours before serving.
