The iConnections panel discussion Choosing to Challenge took on these topics with three leaders from science, academia and philanthropy.

From the word of science, we heard from Helen Czerski, a British Oceanographer, Physicist and a Senior Lecturer at UCLA. From academia, we welcomed Susan Liautuad, Professor at Stanford and managing director of the Susan Liautaud & Associates consultancy on ethics. And from the world of philanthropy, our final guest was Miriam González Durántez, the Vice Chair at UBS Europe; Partner at Cohen & Gresser LLP, and a founding member of the Inspiring Girls Charity, dedicated to raising the aspirations of young girls around the world by connecting them with female role models.
