Once an industrial hub, Wagholi in Pune has turned into a bustling residential property market. Kohinoor Kaleido is situated in this locality which is very close to Pune-Ahmednagar Highway. The project is spread across an area of 13.5 acres and will comprise 5 towers in Phase I of this project. However, three towers, A1, A2 and A4 comprising over 469 units are currently up for sale. Towers A1 and A2 will be 21 storey tall, whereas A4 will be a 20 storey structure.

The project is RERA registered – MahaRERA no: P52100046027....the number is provided for your reference in the description box and the completion is slated for December 2027 but the developer is promising an early possession of December 2025.

There are several upcoming projects, like the proposed Kharadi-Warje Bus Rapid Transit System route, which will be easily accessible. Inner Ring Road will also be constructed by the Pune Municipal Region Development Authority connecting Pune and PCMC’s prime locations. Further there are plans of extension of Vanaz-Ramwadi metro line further to Wagholi, however this is still on papers.

There are several schools and colleges along with hospitals, hotels and malls around 20 mins away from the project. Popular Malls like Phoenix Market City can be accessed within 7 km. Columbia Asia Hospital and Balaji Hospital are within 5km. Eon IT park and Zensar for employment opportunities are within 7kms. Even the Pune airport is hardly 20mins drive away from the project.
