Li Lichin from Taiwan is playing the sheng during our event "Teekunst & Sheng Musik"
during the International Women's Day on 8th march 2025
An afternoon with tea from Taiwan, prepared in the traditional Gongfu Cha way and complemented by musical performances.
Li Lichin from Taiwan has been playing the Chinese mouth organ Sheng since she was eight years old. In recent years, she has become one of Taiwan's leading cultural ambassadors. She is currently touring Europe. After concerts in Lubljana and Paris, she is now making a guest appearance here.
Lazara Rosell Albear is a Cuban-Belgian artist with many talents. She is a dancer, percussionist and multimedia artist. During an artist residency in Japan, she learned the Japanese mouth organ Sho in the courtly style (gagaku).
