Smiley says he hears the frustration of Providence residents over snow removal

Описание: Providence Mayor Brett Smiley said the city had 'fallen short' in its snow cleanup efforts, but could've used more staff and equipment, as several city streets remained overwhelmed with snow five days after the weekend storm.

"I've heard loud and clear from my constituents that they are not satisfied with the quality of their streets at this moment, and therefore I’m not satisfied with them," he said.
