In this video, I talk through the real tension between ACCEPTANCE and AUTHENTICITY. I’m not talking about living a double life to manipulate people. I’m talking about the choice some of us consider. To live “acceptable” on the outside, while burying what’s true on the inside.

And I’m going to keep it real. I genuinely believe I would be further along financially and socially if I had performed the “ideal” version of what people expect.

But I also break down what I gained by being upfront. The peace of not hiding. The liberation of not hiding my life to make others comfortable.

I also talk about the consequences. The opportunities you don’t get. The rooms you don’t get invited into. The endorsements people won’t give you, even when they privately respect you.

This is one of those “raw thoughts” videos where I’m not trying to be polished or give you a neat little bow. I’m just telling the truth and letting the conversation be what it is.
