MOU with ATMAE JAA - Virtual Signing Ceremony

Описание: ATMAE and KCGI: The Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during a virtual signing ceremony held on June 12, 2026 (EDT) / June 12, 2026 (JST).

This milestone marks the establishment of the ATMAE Japan Accreditation Alliance (ATMAE JAA), an outreach and support initiative designed to assist institutions in Japan interested in learning about and engaging with ATMAE accreditation.

The ceremony brought together leadership from both organizations, including:

Speakers reflected on the nearly three-year journey leading to this agreement, beginning with initial discussions in September 2023. The event highlighted a shared commitment to advancing educational quality, international collaboration, and continuous improvement in technology, management, and applied engineering education.

Through this partnership, ATMAE and KCGI aim to expand opportunities for institutions in Japan to connect with internationally recognized accreditation practices and strengthen global engagement in higher education.
