Using the Cutco Knife Sharpener, and how to keep knives sharper for longer

Please note that due to the age of this video, the 'Honing Sharpener' mentioned is no longer sold by Cutco, but it still shows you how to properly use the current model of sharpener available.

The Cutco knife sharpener is for use on Straight-Edged knives ONLY, so you cannot use your serrated Double-D edge knives in it.

Cutco knives will keep their sharpness for a long time, but they should always be given some routine maintenance.
