We are playing as the legendary Sakura Kasugano, the high school girl who idolizes Ryu and brings her own unique, energetic style to the world stage. This stream is all about mastering her Shouoken and Hadouken variations while Beating them all in this arcade classic!

The Story: Sakura’s Quest for Ryu Set in the timeline before the original SF2, Sakura is a talented student from Tokyo who became obsessed with street fighting after watching Ryu win the first World Warrior tournament. In Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha, she sets out on a journey to find her idol and prove her strength. Along the way, she faces rivals like Karin Kanzuki and eventually earns a sparring match with Ryu himself. It’s a story of passion, youth, and the drive to be the best!

About the Game: The Ultimate Alpha Experience Street Fighter Zero 2 Alpha is the definitive version of Alpha 2, originally released for arcades (CPS-2) in 1996. It features refined balance, the "Custom Combo" system, and hidden versions of characters. The graphics are peak Capcom sprite art, with fluid animations and some of the most iconic backgrounds in the franchise. Playing as Sakura is an Awesome gaming experience because of her high-speed combos and her "imperfect" but powerful versions of Ryu's moves.
