In this video I go through a full jump day with measurements of my vertical, dunks, and height. As you guys saw my reach is 7’4 and I touched about 10’9.5 (running vertical= 41"). The rims at this gym are also 10’1 (as seen in the video) and the floors are basically concrete. Overall it was one of my best jumping and dunk days (given the rim and the floor). More progress to go!! No Limits.
