Stegner has appeared on the covers of major fashion magazines, including Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle. She has also walked the runway for some of the biggest names in fashion, including Chanel, Dior, and Versace.

In 2005, Stegner was named "Miss September" in the Pirelli Calendar. She was also featured in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show from 2005 to 2011. Stegner has also appeared in advertising campaigns for major brands such as Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, and Ralph Lauren.
