Bladder infections suck big time! I've had several in the past, but not one since I started using a pee device on my adventures. Known as a Female Urinary Diversion Device or FUDD, it is easy to keep the device clean, and simple to sanitize. You stay healthier also, by being able to avoid dehydration which is a leading factor for urinary infections, and if you use them properly, you will be very surprised at how clean you stay. You can always use TP afterwards like you would at home if you have any concerns. Just remember to pack it out and dispose of it properly.
Please do not leave TP in the woods or side of roads!!!
