Описание: Thiruvananthapuram: In a major reshuffle in the police top brass, Tomin Thachankary, who was the ADGP at police headquarters, has been appointed as Fire Force chief. DGP rank officer A Hemachandran, who was the Fire Force chief till present has been appointed as the chief of Crime Branch. Vigilance ADGP S Anil Kanth has replaced S Anandakrishnan as new Transport Commissioner. Anandakrishnan has been appointed as ADGP at police headquarters. TK Vinod kumar, who was serving in KSEB Viglance, is the new ADGP of internal security. Nithin Agarwal, who was the Crime Branch chief, has been shifted to KSEB Vigilance. Crime Branch IG Dinendra Kashyap, who is leading the probe into actress attack case, has been appointed as the IG at police headquarters. Balram Kumar Upadhyay will be the new Crime Branch IG. E J Jayarajan is the new Crime Branch chief. Sethuraman has been appointed as the Principal of Police Training College. Rahul R Nair, who was the SP at police headquarters, will be the commissioner of Thrissur. P Prakash will be the Commissioner of Thiruvananthapuram. Yatheesh Chandra will be the new Thrissur Rural SP. Thiruvananthapuram DCP Arul B Krishna has been appointed as the SP of Wayanad. While B Ashokan has been appointed as Kollam Rural SP, S Surendran has been appointed as Alappuzha Rural SP. P Jayadev, Merin Joseph and Karuppuswamy have been appointed as DCPs (law and order) of Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode and Ernakulam respectively. It is learnt that there will be more changes in the police top brass in the coming days.
