👫 I've worked in the dating industry behind the scenes for the last 16+ years & experienced all there is when it comes to social anxiety. 'Cold approaching' (the process of starting a conversation with someone you don't know) has many health benefits (which most don’t realise) & is something I believe everyone should experience for personal growth, dating or otherwise.

😎 Particularly, my channel advises men with social anxiety/ low confidence, turning them into confident, self-actualised versions of themselves using the cold approach method as a catalyst for change.

🤕 After losing 4 friends to suicide, I decided to take a step forward & coach, supporting men’s mental health whilst simultaneously teaching them how to authentically connect with strangers & open up with honesty & courage.
