Similarly, the historic VR Municipal High School in Nellore has been renovated at a cost of ₹15 crore under Minister Narayana's leadership. The school's world-class facilities have resulted in all seats being filled, forcing authorities to display a "No Admission" board. Despite this, dozens of parents continue to seek admissions every day. Government schools in Vijayawada and Kurnool districts are also setting new benchmarks in academic performance and student enrollment. Enhanced facilities, additional teacher appointments, and innovative educational programs are proving that government schools can successfully compete with and even surpass private institutions. These success stories highlight the impact of educational reforms, modern infrastructure, dedicated teachers, and the vision of Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Nara Lokesh in revitalizing the state's government school system.
