my thoughts on this id so far
pretty fun, pretty cool, has the common problem of trading damage number for stacking effects, but s3 allowing him to stack rupture before attacking is very cool for rupture builds, the rolls are kinda eh but it's not bad.
would of been very cool to have during my 5 charge buff rr2 run :3
