How does it work?
Step 1 – 00:14 The station gets ready for a new filling cycle: The empty pallet is positioned thanks to the automatic pallet stapler and motorised roller conveyors; the filling station gets ready to receive an empty big bag.
Step 2- 00:38 The operator places the big bag neck around the tilting filling spout and the big bag handles in the mobile hooks. Both elements turn the machine into ergonomic, as they help the operator in its tasks.
Step 3 – 00:57 The big bag filling machine raises the empty big bag in the air and blows air inside the big bag to open its inner liner.
Step 4 – 01:26 The big bag support platform is lowered again, and the dosing system comes into play to fill the big bag with product.
Step 5 – 01:39 The big bag platform rises again to help the product get correctly settled and avoiding wrinkles in the big bag (which might harm its stability).
Step 6 – 02:00 The vibrating table placed underneath the roller conveyor rises and vibrates the whole big-bag to help the product to finally settle down.
Step 7 – 2:10 Big bag release and evacuation by means of a rolling conveyor.

ILERBIG H es la estación de llenado de #bigbags ergonómica diseñada por TMI. Permite el llenado automatizado de todo tipo de productos en big bags: pellets de plástico, polvos químicos, piensos, ingredientes alimentarios, ...
¿Cómo funciona?
Paso 1 - 00:14 La estación se prepara para un nuevo ciclo de llenado: El palet vacío se coloca gracias al dispensador de palets automático y a los caminos de rodillos motorizados; la estación de llenado se prepara para recibir un big bag vacío.
Paso 2- 00:38 El operario coloca el cuello del big bag alrededor de la boca de llenado basculante y las asas del big bag en los ganchos móviles. Ambos elementos hacen que la máquina sea ergonómica, ya que ayudan al operario en sus tareas.
Paso 3 - 00:57 La llenadora de big bags eleva el big bag vacío en el aire y sopla aire dentro del mismo para abrir su liner interior.
Paso 4 - 01:26 La plataforma de sujeción del big bag vuelve a bajar y el sistema de dosificación entra en acción para llenar el big bag con producto.
Paso 5 - 01:39 La plataforma de soporte se eleva de nuevo para ayudar a que el producto se asiente correctamente y evitar que se formen arrugas en el big bag (que podrían afectar a su estabilidad).
Paso 6 - 02:00 La mesa de vibración situada debajo del transportador de rodillos se eleva y hace vibrar todo el big-bag para ayudar a que el producto se asiente finalmente.
Paso 7 - 2:10 Liberación y evacuación del big bag mediante el transportador de rodillos.
