AS the 2026 energy rate crisis continues, Maryland Energy Advocates Coalition hopes this video shines a light on the profil of the families burdened by higher home energy rates and helps to craft solutions. The profile is majority seniors, living alone, on about $1,500 in income per month, in an older, draft rental that uses 27% more energy than non- LI units.
