I’ve been working on a video project for the past month and I’m so happy and excited to share it with you here 💌 It’s quite different from the style of videos I had been experimenting with before, but I wanted to try something more cinematic this time and quite like this style! I officially graduated into the 30’s club last month and had different feelings about it. This video was an attempt to capture the feelings of being "behind in life" and facing societal expectations of where/who we think we should be at age 30. And I wanted to share a little bit of my progress in learning to surrender, nurture a more unconditional self love, and witness the wonder of life that follows full presence to the beautiful now.

This video was made for Little Mika, but my hope is that maybe someone out there can find parts of themselves in this video too and know that you are not alone and that your life is beautiful even in this moment as it is unfolding. Sending you my love, - Mika

I want to give a special shoutout to my husband because this video would not have been made without him. He was the cameraman behind many of the shots and supported every crazy idea I had. He was the hype man every time I doubted myself. Thank you for teaching me the most important lesson of my twenties. I am forever grateful for you ❤️
