📍A minimal pair is a pair of words that differ by only one sound. Minimal pairs come in handy to help differentiate between similar sounding words.
Here are the minimal pairs I mention in the video:
Spot /spɒt/ - Sport /spɔːt/
Pot /pɒt/ - Port /pɔːt/
Cot /kɒt/ - Court /kɔːt/
Shot /ʃɒt/ - Short /ʃɔːt/
