Using Smart Sharpen in Photoshop. Smart Sharpen has has some really bad press in it's time, non more so than from me.
But in the last couple of iterations of Photoshop it's got a bit more useful for certain types of image.
It can be extremely useful for adding a little bit of controlled Deconvolution sharpening without sharpening halos, and is far better at this job than Lightroom is.
