Banana Cake in Air fryer recipe
Ingredients
2 medium-sized ripe bananas (mashed)
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup melted butter (or vegetable oil)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method
1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for 5 minutes.
2. Mash the Bananas:
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
3. Add Wet Ingredients:
To the mashed bananas, add the egg, melted butter (or oil), sugar, and vanilla extract.
Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
4. Mix in Dry Ingredients:
Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until you get a lump-free batter. Do not overmix.
5. Prepare the Baking Pan:
Grease an air fryer-safe cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
