This is a prototype of the unreleased Wii port of Spider-Man 4. It's quite an interesting one, as it shares a lot of similarities with the PC version of SM2 and is an unreleased Spider-Man 4 movie tie-in.
In case you're wondering, I emulated this in the latest version of Dolphin using keyboard and mouse.
