This fishing session took an unexpected turn when I was caught off guard by a big Hampala Barb! I was out enjoying some ultralight lure fishing in Thailand, targeting the usual suspects… when a surprise strike changed everything.
The hit was explosive ...the kind of moment every angler lives for, but in the excitement I made a critical mistake... and lost the fish.
