There's a lot I had to say about it, so much so in fact that I forget to mention that the main culprit is also revealed at the end of the first act, which kinda defeats the purpose of even calling this a detective story as you're not solving a case anymore. You're just chasing the bad guy... Chireikiden is just a Jojo part, confirmed?
