In this video I demonstrate how to do 1x1 ribbing on a circular sock machine. I explain how to install the ribber, pick up stitches, make an in-out salvedge, manage drop stitches, do a Creelman heel and toe, graft the toe on the pearl side, and remove the waste yarn without ravel cord.
Here are some markers to help you find what you need:
Casting on for 1x1 Ribbing-1:01
Adding in the project yarn- 8:59
Installing the ribber: 9:50
Adding ribber needles- 13:54 followed by doing an in out salvedge edge.
Transferring stitches from ribber to cylinder- 25:02
Removing the ribber- 4:47: followed by an insert of picking up dropped stitch
Leg of sock- 40:36
Creelman Heel (1 up 2 down)- 42:04
Foot of sock- 50:56
Toe- 52:17
Removing waste yarn-1:03
Grafting toe on pearl side- 1:08
